St Patrick's Day Card

The first and quite possibly easiest St Patrick's Day projects we are going to tackle is a greeting card.

1. Take a sheet of white printer paper and using Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red paints (in this order) fill the page with lines - I used an A4 sheet and watercolour paints
2. Gather some white card (I used A5), gold card/paper and black card/paper, scissors, glue and pencil (and a cutter if need be)

3. Start by cutting your 'rainbow paper down to size (in this instance 4x6)

4. Then glue the 'rainbow' paper onto your white card
5. Using a pencil draw a 'pot' and 'gold' outline on the black and gold papers respectively

6. Cut out shapes and glue to your 'rainbow' card

7. Voila! a simple St Patrick's day greeting card - if like me you have leftover 'rainbow' paper don't be afraid to experiment and come up with different things i.e. replace pot of gold with a small clover in green
